With apologies for the silence as we plan our first big event, it’s just about time to unveil the details. As of today, I can tell you this much:

1. It will be held in early October,
2. It will be hosted by a popular Chef in historic Church Hill,
3. It will be a “Richmond Eats”, invitation-only event, and
4. There will be more courses than you have fingers.

We’re getting closer to the formal announcement, just need to work out the final details with the Chef. So watch this space. And if you haven’t already signed up to Become a Member, please do do today. There are no fees or obligations, but we do need your email address to keep you personally in the loop.

Welcome to Richmond Eats, a group dedicated to the pursuit of fine (and not so fine) dining in the Virginia Capital. Our mission is to bring together like-minded Foodies and Food Service Professionals to discuss and perhaps grow the local area food scene.

In the not too distant future, we will be formally launching the remainder of this web site, which will include restaurant reviews, cooking/shopping tips, and recaps of events.
